Honest pricing for your school or business

As soon as the payment is confirmed we create your instance automatically. Within minutes you receive access to your own Kubo, ready to sign in, configure and start working.

The Business plan includes 5 users in the base price, and you can add as many as you need by paying per extra user. The Educational Cloud is billed per student, with a minimum of 30 students. You choose the quantity at checkout; if you need to change it later, write to us and we'll adjust it.

It means the annual price is exactly ten monthly instalments: you pay for ten months and use twelve. That is the whole discount — no extra percentages, no small print.

Your subscription is managed in the Stripe billing portal, which you open from your Kubo account under billing: there you can see your invoices, change the payment method and cancel whenever you want. To switch plans or adjust the number of users, write to us and we'll do it. The instance stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

In the cloud we host, update and back up your instance: that is how both the Business and Educational Cloud plans work. Self-hosting is exclusive to the educational edition, with a one-time perpetual licence to install Kubo on the centre's own server.

Yes. There is the Educational Cloud priced per student from 30 students, and one-time perpetual licences compatible with public grants. For networks or consortiums of centres we tailor the terms: write to us and we'll look at it.

Yes. Every customer gets their own isolated instance and database. Your data is never mixed with other customers' data.

Yes. The whole platform and support are available in Spanish (and English too). You write to us by email and we help with setup and day-to-day work.

There is no free trial period, but we do run a personalised 30-60 minute demo where we show you the system in action with sample data from your sector and answer your questions.
